Having a great landlord-tenant relationship can make tenancy a breeze, and can set you up for success for your lease term and beyond. And while there will be roadblocks and situations that require careful communication, overall, the effort we put into developing a great landlord-tenant relationship will certainly pay dividends.

Before applying you must call our Rental Agent for the following:*

  • For availability or pending application(s)!
  • For a pre-qualification for each Adult renting.
  • For Condo/HOA Rules and Regulations, if any.
  • For our Renter's Insurance Requirements.
  • For Pet(s) Pre-qualification (restrictions may apply).  Please Note:  Pets must be approved by the landlord before applying. (Fees apply and with an additional monthly rent per pet).
  • **PETSCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS:

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents with or without pets as well as animals. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you need accommodation in another way, please contact your housing provider.

  • No properties are held for a long period, such as 30 days unless it is not available for immediate occupancy.


Your application(s) will be processed only:

  • After our terms of agreement are accepted (Please refer to our Resident Selection Criteria.
  • The required funds for processing are received (Processing fee is non-refundable)
  • You have physically ENTERED and VIEWED the property with one of our Leasing Agent PRIOR to submit application.

*PLEASE NOTE:  Failure to call our office BEFORE APPLYING to speak with our rental agent about the above will forfeit your application fee.
